The Micro 100 16R750 is a 1/2" diameter, 4 flute, right hand thread mill made of solid carbide with TiAlN coating. It has a shank diameter of 3/8", an overall length of 2-1/2", and can cut unified thread sizes from 4-48 to 1/2-13. The helix angle is 30 degrees. This thread mill is designed for high feed milling applications in steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum, and other materials. It features a variable helix flute design to reduce harmonics and provide a smooth cut. The TiAlN coating provides heat and wear resistance. Made in USA by Micro 100 Tool Corp.
Grainger Ball End Mill Single End 0.50mm Carbide
The Ball End Mill from Ball is a high-speed steel end mill with a ball nose end. It has a 1/4" shank diameter, 1/2" cutting diameter, 2" overall length, and 2 flute design. This end mill is center cutting and suitable for slotting, side milling and profiling operations. It can machine steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. The ball nose geometry provides smooth milling action and accurate tracing of 3D contours.
